We stand behind our work 100%. If you receive your custom embroidered garment and it does not look like the proof that you approved or the design you created on our Logo Designer, we will quickly repair or replace it free of charge.


Custom Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee once you have approved your order and before the garments are embroidered.  There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind AFTER an order has been embroidered.

Non-Custom Orders

Non-custom orders that have been shipped before cancelling or you choose to return are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to receive credit you must call our returns department and get a Return Authorization # with shipping instructions before shipping to our warehouse. Only unused, unworn, unaltered garments may be returned within 15 days of receipt. After your items are received in our warehouse, we will issue you a credit minus the 20% restocking fee.

Custom artwork digitizing: There is no digitizing charge for embroidered designs from our Logo Designer database of over 1,000 designs. When you upload a custom design that requires digitizing we will have our digitizing department create an embroidery file of your logo for our embroidery machines. Since digitizing your custom logo is a service that we pay our artists to perform for you, we do not allow refunds for digitizing your custom logos. We will gladly tweak your design until you are happy with it. If you want an entirely different design, you will have to pay a separate digitizing fee.

What if my “custom” item doesn't fit? As the customer, you are 100% responsible for choosing the correct size. Since all merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong size. We provide plenty of ways to help you choose the correct size. Please review our “How to Size” page to determine each persons size or contact us to request a fit-line of sizes.

Helpful Tip: You can try on someone else's garment in your group.

What if my non-custom item doesn't fit? You can return your unused, unworn, unaltered garment(s) to us within 15 days of receipt. You may exchange your garment for a different size.  We will send you the new size once we have received your retuned garment in our warehouse. 

Helpful Tip: If you are debating between two sizes, we suggest that you go with the larger size. You can always take the garment to a local alterations shop and have them remove material to make it fit you perfectly.

Concerns/Issues: We must be notified of all issues within 15 days of receipt of your order. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly fix or replace it.

Please note that in some cases the garment pockets may be sewn partially or completely shut to incorporate a desired design in the location you choose. This is a normal occurrence, especially on the left chest embroidery of blazers and does not constitute a manufacturing error.

Also note that the colors you see on your monitor may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence with how different monitors display color and does not constitute a manufacturing error.


Out of Stock Items: If the particular garment size and/or color that you ordered is currently out of stock or on back order, we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date. 

You may either:

  • Choose a different size and/or color
  • Wait until your particular size and color is in stock or
  • Request a full refund.


You orders will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Custom Embroidered garments will ship in approximately 10-14 business days when you use one of our digitized designs in our logo designer.  If you upload your logo in one of our approved graphic files (i.e. png, jpg or eps), we first need to digitize your logo, then we will send you a printed or sewn proof, then make any revisions you need until you are 100% satisfied and finally get your approval. Once we receive your signed approval it will take 10-14 business days to ship.

Non-Custom garments ship in 1-2 days.
